Outline

To understand your role and disseminate good practice in Public Law Children Act Proceedings

Description

Participants will :-
  • Be familiar with the court process and their role within this.
  • Understand the parameters of the Revised Public Law Outline and locally the impact of the Cheshire and Merseyside Pre Proceedings Protocol upon their role in potential public law proceedings.
  • Be aware of strategies that will assist in them being confident at court so that they can give evidence to the required standard.

Audience

Multi agency. There are no pre requisites but the seminar is only open to 15 applicants
